We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or other delivery partners, depending on the product ordered. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. As our organisation is run by volunteers, please allow a little extra time for your order to be processed.
Local collection is not available for orders placed through our website.
Selected products are also available to purchase directly from Salt on the Strand Surf Shop in Saundersfoot. Other local retailers may also stock selected merchandise, subject to availability.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can normally return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please email shop@saundersfoot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return your item.
Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, with their original packaging and tags. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but refunds may be reduced if items have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Unless your item is faulty or incorrectly described, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Certain products, including personalised items and hygiene-sealed products that have been unsealed, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the relevant legal exceptions apply.

Where an item is faulty or incorrectly described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.
